Virtual Seawolf ID Card

Sonoma State University is excited to offer a virtual option for your SSU ID card. After you have received your physical SSU ID card, you will be able to view your virtual ID card in the Seawolf Card Management Tile and save it to your Apple Wallet or Google phone. You can use your virtual ID for identification, to pay with Wolfbucks or to access your meal plan.

How to view and save your virtual SSU ID Card

  • Click on the menu bar at the top left of the screen.

  • Scroll down under your photo and click on the "Virtual Card Display" link.

  • Click on "Add to Apple Wallet" or the GPAY "Save to Phone" button to add your virtual SSU ID to either your Apple Wallet or to Google Pay on your phone. A copy of your ID card will be added to the virtual wallet on your phone.

Troubleshooting

If you don't see the "Add to Apple Wallet Option":

  • Make sure your iPhone meets OS requirements
  • Confirm you're enrolled and eligible for mobile credentials
  • Contact Seawolf Service Center for assistance
